Top Ten Tuesday 2nd August 2016

toptentuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This weeks topic is:

Books You’d Buy Right This Second If Someone Handed You A Fully Loaded Gift Card.

This is a fun one, as if money were no expense then there are some lovely editions out there that I’d like. I’m cheating a bit, as some of these are box sets. Here are my picks:

Harry Potter Hardcover Box Set, The Tales of Beedle The Bard & Harry Potter Page to Screen Collection

No collection would be complete without a nice hardcover collection of the Harry Potter books, and a look at how the movies were made too.

The Shining & The Stand by Stephen King

I’m a huge Stephen King fan, and these are lovely limited editions of two of his books.

J. R. R. Tolkien Collection

The books are classics and this collection would look lovely on any shelf.

A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin

I’ve not read these yet, but this looks like a nice set to have.

The John Green Collection

No YA collection would be complete without a bit of John Green. I have a couple of his ebooks, but would love some hardcovers for my shelf.

The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis

narnia

I’ve only read the first one, so this would be a nice addition to my collection.

Jane Austen Penguin Classics Collection

Finally, we finish with this collection of Jane Austen’s classics. This is a lovely set and would fit on my shelf a lot better than the massive complete collection in one book that I have.

I hope you like my choices. I took full advantage of the fully loaded gift card. We can all dream.

Oh all of these collections are so pretty. I definitely need to update my Lord of the Rings collection so they all finally match, I will definitely be looking at that one 🙂 Great List!
